Day #6

Saturday I was up by 8:30am and got myself ready for work. I did not use any media in the morning before I headed to work. I was at work for 13 hours, which put me home at around 11pm. Again, I had no media usage at work, not even my phone. I was exhausted by the time I got home, so I just crawled into bed and fell asleep instantly.
